This profile corresponds to this article by Stewart Baldwin. He states:
"Count Richard of Évreux was married to the widow of Roger de Tosny, who had previously been married to Estefania, daughter of count Ramon Borrell of Barcelona [Adémar Chab., iii, 55 (p. 178); Chr. S. Petri Vivi Senonensis, RHF 10: 223]. The careless identification of the two wives of Roger de Tosny as one person has sometimes resulted in the false attribution of Godehilde as a daughter of Ramon Borrell. [see, e.g. Keats-Rohan (1993), 35]."

I see the Stewart article link was broken and I converted it to a link to the Wayback Machine's archived copy.
Stewart seems to have some reliable citations that you might want to investigate to see if any can shed light on Godehilde's parentage. The Geni page seems to just reflect Stewart's opinion stating that she "was most likely NOT the daughter of Ramon Borrell" but how to back that statement with authority is the challenge.
Last name at birth should be changed, and she should be disconnected from parents, as per source just added to article. Also Baldwin notes that only one of de Tosnys children is known to be hers.

Why is Ramon Borrell listed as father on this profile? Geni came to the same conclusion, that Ramon was not father of Godeheut: https://www.geni.com/people/Godechildis/6000000006727880382?through=6000000000424634530. I'm confused. Thanks!
