Biography
John was born in 1847. He was the son of Henry Barclay and Elizabeth Taylor. He passed away in 1926.[1]
On 28 Jan 1866, he married Martha Williams of Texas. She was born in San Gabriel, Milam Co.,/ [2] Her death certificate lists John Williams as her father, but several family trees have her father as Curtis Williams. On various census, her father is listed as bring born in Arkansas.
John served in the Civil War based on the application for a Widow's pension for Martha and the headstone ordered by
