Biography

Mary Barker, born about 1649, was the daughter of James Barker and Barbara Dungan. [1] [2]

She married first in about 1669, Elisha Smith, son of Edward. They had no children. [3] [2]

Elisha died about 1676. [2]

She married second Israel Arnold son of Stephen and Sarah (Smith) Arnold, on April 16, 1677 [1] [4] He was born on November 30, 1649. [2] [5]

Israel died on October 15, 1716. [2]

Her will is dated 29 July 1721 and proved on 19 October 1723 in Warwick, Rhode Island.[6]

Her date of death, 19 September 1723 is recorded in the heading of her inventory which was taken on 19 October 1723.[6]
