Biography

Edith Ivy Barker was born in 1914 and her birth was registered in June quarter of 1914 in Shardlow district. Her mother's maiden surname was Kilbarn. ^[1][2] Edith Ivy, daughter of George and Annie Mary Barker, lace maker of Breaston, was christened on 31 May 1914 in Breaston, Derbyshire.^[3]
