Biography
Joseph was born in 1863.[1] He was the son of John Barker and Gwendoline Hood. He passed away in 1933.[2] Joseph was married in 1896. The record contains two sets of marriages and so it is unclear which of the two women was his wife; Selina Barton, or Sarah Ann Price.
