William Curtis Barker, son of James Barker and Ann Blanchard, [1][2] was born on 15 November 1862 in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. [1][2] He was baptised on 23 October 1864 in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. [1] He married Amelia Bradley on 29 September 1889 at St Botolph, Lincoln, Lincolnshire. [3]
