Roscoe was born in 1907. He is the son of Arthur Barker and Annie Smith. He passed away in 1999.

Roscoe J. Barker, 92, of Tulsa, died Monday. He was retired from McDonnell Douglas. He is survived by: best friend, Betty Krepps; daughters, Dixie West of Missouri, Doris Poor and Laurel Hill of Tulsa, Charlotte Bender, Margaret Ivers, Pat Brown, Alice Kelso of California; son, Albert Barker of California; brothers, Arthur and Marvin Barker of Missouri; sister, Pauline Taylor of Missouri; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by: his wife, Helen Barker; daughter, DeAnna Green; his parents; 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., Wednesday. Graveside service 10 a.m., Friday at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
