Mary Ann was born in 1875, in Myrtle Point. She was the daughter of Thomas Barklow and Ann Miller. She married John Royer in 1892 in her hometown. They had nine children. Following John’s death at an early age, she married Daniel Miller in 1910, and they had three sons. She died in 1939, in Myrtle Point at the age of 63, and is buried near family in Norway, Oregon.
