WILLIAM BARLOW1, was born c1802 in Richland District of South Carolina and died November 29, 1861, in Mobile Co Alabama, exactly 3 weeks after going into service. William and Elias Barlow are said to be the sons of William E. Barlow, He married DICEY JACKSON c1823. She was born 17 March 1799, and died 20 March 1899.
