Ruth Barlow was born about 1630 in Connecticut Colony, daughter of John Barlow (abt. 1594–1674) and Ann Unknown (1604–1685).

Ruth died after Oct 1689 in Fairfield, Fairfield, Connecticut Colony, aged about 58.
