He married Mehitable Miller, daughter of Benjamin and Mary (Johnson) Miller, on 28 Dec 1728 at Middletown, Middlesex, Massachusetts. They were the parents of[1]:
Ebenezer died in 1783 at age 85-86 and is buried in Old Farm Hill Cemetery.[2]
