"Ephraim, b. 6 mo. 15, 1774; d. 2 mo 7, 1835; m. Burlington Co., N.J., Nov. 15, 1798, BATHSHEBA MORGAN, d. 10 mo. 11, 1833; dau. of Jonathan Morgan, of Newton Twp., Gloucester Co., N.J. Both are buried FBG Pilesgrove, Woodstown, Salem Co., N.J. He was reported, Pilesgrove MM N.J., 1 mo. 23, 1800, for going out in marriage (marrying outside the Society of Friends), and was disowned 3 mo. 27, 1800. Farmer of Upper Penn's Neck, Salem Co., N.J., in 1800. He died intestate. Letters of Administration were granted Feb. 29, 1836, to Joshua Barnes."
