[mentions land both above and below the Pennsylvania border]. . .[mentions a stake near Barnes' Spring]. . .

Dawson & Mary Barnes, for the sum five hundred dollars convey to Levin Shipley of Elijah that tract of land lying & being in Allegany County, Maryland called "Family *****". . .[mentions tract called the "Fiddle & Flute" surveyed for Denton Pool on the fifth day of April 1813]. . .[mentions tract called "Tambarine" surveyed for the said Dawson Barnes the thirteenth day of January 1829]. . .[mentions tract called "Jenkins Deer Park Resurveyed"]. . .
