Research Notes
A Mary Ross died Nov 5, 1725, at age 79, at Windham, Connecticut.[5] This puts her birth in line with the Mary of this profile. Is it the same person?

In regard to when Mary Barrett might have married John Ross: her father James Barrett's will was probated in the 8th month of 1672 and he named Ross and Scollay grandchildren, so for sure Mary Barrett and John Ross would have been married before that date and probably for at least a year or two before if she had a child or children. See the estate record that I posted under her father
A John Ross of Malden was in the expedition from Malden, certified by "Jo: Wayt, Capt," 30 (9) 1675 (State Archives of Indian War, p. 70).
In 1679 Dorcus Green Bartlett/Barrett sold a lot in Malden that sided on Scollay and Ross. (Dorcus Green was married to James Barrett, a brother of the Barrett women who married Scollay and Ross).
From History of Malden Massachusetts 1633-1785 by Deloraine Pendre Corey page 70
In the third range, the first three lots, forty one to forty three, having been acquired by Nicholas Parker, were sold to Job Lane in 1656 and formed, with some adjoining lands, the "eastermost" of his farms. Before 1688 it was occupied by John Scolley and John Ross, 29 and in that year it was improved by Thomas Wayte, who purchased it in 1704 of the Lane heirs.
29 John Scolley had been a ferryman. His wife was Hannah, daughter of James Barrett. John Ross was his brother in law, having married Mary Barrett.

John Ross and Mary Barrett married before 1675 in either Charlestown or Malden, Mass, according to Torrey. Do you have a source that shows the 1679 date?
Barrett-3290 and Barrett-1409 do not represent the same person because: these two profiles represent same person but need to be merged to a lower number profile
Barrett-1409 and Barrett-1137 appear to represent the same person because: Same parents (will set father dups for match), birthdates similar, but -1137 is more likely to be correct based on parents marriage in about 1643. Spouse on -1409 is correct. No other details on -1137. Please merge.
Barrett-3290 and Barrett-1409 appear to represent the same person because: same birth year, same father, same spouse. no other details on -3290. Please merge.
