Research Notes
He may be the son of Franz Joseph Barth and his first wife, Maria Barbara Forderer, but no documentation currently exists to verify this.
He is not the same Peter Barth (although possibly a relation) who immigrated to New York in 1849 with his wife and family as the five children listed in that log do not match the children of this Peter Barth.
