Lydia Allen was born on 1 August 1791, in New London, Connecticut, United States as the daughter of Samuel Allen and Mary Allen. [1]
She married John L. Bartlett on 19 March 1822, in Wood, Virginia, United States. [2]
She married Benjamin Metzger Butcher(1781–1856) on 11 September 1827 in Wood, West Virginia, United States.[3]
She died on 21 November 1875, in Wood, West Virginia, United States, at the age of 84, and was buried in Holliday Cemetery, Parkersburg, Wood, West Virginia, United States.[4]
