  • Birth of Naamah Hall Bartlett

Citation: Camilla Wareing, Tripping Thru Time (unpublished family newsletter), Vol 7 No 4, p 2, citing [Newry TR] Notes: "Naamah Bartlett daughter to Enoch and Anna Bartlet was born October ye 13th A. D. 1798." Note: Newry and Bethel border each other and were both part of the Sudbury-Canada Township until Bethel broke away in 1796 and became incorporated. The Sunday River Plantation where Naamah and her siblings were born and raised is equal distance from the two villages of Bethel and Newry, however, it lies within the Newry Township which was incorporated in 1805. Thus, either place, Bethel or Newry, is correct for her birthplace. https://www.familysearch.org/service/tree/tree-data/pdf/family-group/LLQN-M85/spouse/DEFAULT?locale=en
