Biography

Christopher Bartlett, 5th generation, born in Newbury Aug. 17. 1704. He was a cordwainer and yeoman, and lived in Newbury until 1738, when he removed to Bradford. He lived in Bradford until 1752, when he settled in Chester, N. H. He married Esther Kelley of Newbury March 8, 1724-5.
