Stephen Bartlett was born 30 Apr 1780 in Pembroke, Merrimack, New Hampshire, United States of America.[1]

He was the son of Stephen Webster Bartlett and Hannah (Belknap) Bartlett.

He married Martha Patricia "Pattey" Cochran on 24 February 1801, in Pembroke, Merrimack, New Hampshire, United States. [2]

They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 3 daughters.
