Biography

Benjamin Bartlett, son of Joseph, was born about 1679. He died March 11, 1717.[1]

Benjamin married Sarah Barnes at Plymouth, Massachusetts, Oct 15, 1702.[2][1]

Probate

Benjamin died intestate and on 15 July 1718, his widow Sarah was granted the letter of administration for his estate.[3]

His inventory was taken in May 1718 in Plymouth. His estate account showed that his debts would be more than his moveable estate.[4]

In 1733, his estate distribution mentions his widow Sarah, now wife of John Sturtevant, Jr., and his children, Nathaniel (eldest son), Benjamin, Joseph, Jonathan, Hannah Bartlett, and Sarah Bartlett.[5]
