Patience Bass was a North Carolina colonist.

Patience was born about 1716. She is the daughter of John Bass and Mary Staples. Her date of death is unknown, but did occur after January 1732, the date father's will was written. It is unknown if she married.

Patience was named in her father's will dated 18 January 1731/32 and proved at the February court 1732 in Bertie County, North Carolina.[1] She received a plantation on the south side of Bear Swamp.
