Biography
Josiah (aka "Josias") Basye was the son of Edmund Bayse and Eliza Taylor. He is named in his father's 1714 will. He died in Northumbland County, Colony of Virginia, before an inventory of his estate was filed in the Probate Cout there on 10 May 1756.
