Biography
Baptised in the Parish of Bilton on 16 Mar 1902.
His Father died in 1905.
The 1911 Census states his birthplace as "Ganstead" just east of Hull. At this time his mother has re-married and he is living with her, his Step-father and the rest of the family at 1 Ashdene Villas, Brecon St, Hull.
The 1939 register shows him living at: 9 Monkswell Road, Exeter, Devon. He is listed as Married (no wife is listed with him) and his occupation is shown as "Studio Photographer".
He died in 1988 around Exeter.
