The 1930 census for Hattiesburg, Forest, Mississippi, lists Sara E. Batson as 13 years old, born in Mississippi (est. 1917). She is identified as the daughter of George W. Batson and Bertha M. Batson, ages 47 and 44, respectively. Mary K. Batson and Joan Batson, ages 8 and 2, are also listed as daugthers of George and Bertha. All are identified as being born in Mississippi.[1]
