Marriage, Staffort Evangelical Lutheran Churchbook, 1716 "The 26th May were married Johann Valentin, Johann Valentin Stober's legitimate son and Eva Barbara, legitimate daughter of the late Andreas Bauer, citizen of Oberaspach in Hohenlohe." (from "The Stover Brethren" by Richard R. Weber. Weber also wrote, "Born, 6 Mar 1696 in Unteraspach, Wurttemberg, Germany. Baptized in Oberaspach, Wurttemberg, Germany. Oberaspach and Unteraspach are located between Crailssheim and Schwabisch hall, about 130 Kilometers east of Staffort."
