Julia Baxter was born on 25 April 1820 at Delaware County, New York, USA.[1] She appeared on the census of 27 Aug. 1850 in the household of her parents, Joel Baxter and Mary Polly (Minard) Baxter, at Colchester, Delaware County, New York.[2] She appeared on the census of 3 Aug. 1860 in the household of her parents at Colchester, Delaware County, New York.[3] She appeared on the census of 10 Aug. 1870 in the household of her brother, Hiram Baxter, and sister-in-law, Elizabeth M. (Bradley) Baxter, at Colchester, Delaware County, New York.[4]
Julia died on 9 Jan. 1871 at age 50 and was buried at Baxter-Neff Cemetery, Baxter Mountain Road, Colchester, Delaware County, New York.[1]
