Biography
Dora Baxter was born in Feb. 1864 at Pennsylvania, USA. She and her parents appeared on the census of 15 June 1870 in the household of her grandparents, William Baxter and Rachel (Paul) Baxter, at Nelson Township, Tioga Co., Pennsylvania.[1] She appeared on the census of 3 June 1880 in the household of her parents, William Henry Baxter and Philena (Johnson) Baxter, at Nelson Township, Tioga Co., Pennsylvania.[2]
She married George Manley Tubbs, son of Philip Tubbs and Elizabet (Spencer) Tubbs[3], circa 1884.[4]
She and George appeared on the census of 4 June 1900 at Nelson Township, Tioga Co., Pennsylvania.[4] She and George Manley Tubbs appeared on the census of 18 April 1910 at Nelson Township, Tioga Co., Pennsylvania.[5]
Dora died in 1915 and was buried at Nelson Cemetery, Nelson Township, Tioga Co., Pennsylvania. Her memorial has her dates of birth and death.[6]
