Biography

William Baxter was born circa 1867 at Pennsylvania, USA. He appeared on the census of 30 July 1870 in the household of his parents, Clark Lindly Baxter and Terressa Brown (Taylor) Baxter, at Wysox Township, Bradford Co., Pennsylvania.[1] He appeared on the census of 19 June 1880 in the household of his parents at Pottersville, Bradford Co., Pennsylvania.[2]
