Here is the Henrico document that is said to identify Sarah Royall as the sister of Edward Baxter. It is impossible for me to read but will perhaps help someone. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS46-SF6G?i=204&cat=361766

Powell-3051 and Baxter-1041 are not ready to be merged because: How is Sarah Powell Sarah Baxter? Neither profile gives sources and both indicate a child born Sarah Royall. Are they two different women and if so, which one gave birth to Sarah?
