Biography
Frank is the son of Jerome B. Baxter and Sarah Ann Nowlin.
The husband of Fannie Ellen Nelson. They married Nov. 11, 1882 from this union 6 sons were born.
He had married a girl that come west with her sisters, brother and mother after her father had perished in a snowstorm in Kansas.
He ran a little general store with a pool hall and card tables in Carlotta.
His wife Fannie ended up cooking for Loggers in the area. He had 6 sons, 5 of which grew to adulthood.
He also worked in a sawmill at American Tank.
Frank died of a heart attack. He was so tall he sat with his legs out to one side. Always wore a hat.
He came into the living quarters one night and just slumped to the floor and died.
