Francis (Frank), born about 1858, was the son of Peter Baxter and Susan Lynch.[1] In 1881 he married Helen Ker.[2] His occupation is given as "merchant" in the 1881 Census.[3] He died a year later [4] and is buried at the Drummond Hill Cemetery in Niagara Falls, Ontario. His birthdate on his gravestone is given as October 21, 1858.[5]
