Biography

Anne Beamsley, the daughter of William Beamsley and Ann ---, was born on 13 Feb 1632/33 in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts. The date was 13th day of the 12th month 1632^{[1][2][3][4][5][6]}

Anne married Ezekiel Woodward^[5] by May 1650^[2][3][7] in Boston, Massachusetts.^[8] They had the following children:^[3]

• Sarah,b.1653, m. William Row;
• Margaret, b.24 Feb 1655, d. aft. 1684, m. William Andrews;
• Elizabeth, b.22 Oct 1657, d. aft. Jun 1673;
• Prudence, b.4 Apr 1660, d. aft. Jul 1686, m. Benjamin Marshall;
• Martha, b.3 May 1662, d. aft. 1700, m. Nathaniel Emerson;
• Mary, b.8 Dec 1664;
• Ezekiel, b.9 Aug 1666, d.13 or 16 Jan 1743/4, married 5 times;
• Rachel, b.20 Jan 1668.

Anne was living in late 1670/early 1671 but died soon after, however, no recorded date of death has been found.^[3] Ezekiel removed from Ipswich to Wenham, Massachusetts by 1672 and remarried in Dec 1672.

NOTE: Anne is an ancestor of noted TV host Richard Madeley^[9]
