Biography
Elizabeth "Betsey" Bean is the daughter of John Bean, Jr. and Lois (Tomberson) Bean.
Betsey married John Ayres. (1804 - 1832) They are the parents of at least two children:
- Warren David Ayres, born October 24, 1826, died May 19, 1892, married Elizabeth A Layshee/Langshare (1836 - 1879)
- Martha C Ayres, born in 1830, died September 25, 1840 at the age of ten.
Betsey's husband died at the age of 28, but Betsey lived to the age of 61. Both are buried in the "Bean Lot" of the Miltonboro Cemetery, in Milton, Chittenden County, Vermont [1]

Pretty sure that "Betsey" is Elisabeth Bean, daughter of John Bean, Jr. [1] and his first wife, Lois Tomlin. Take a look at his Find A Grave Memorial# 17844421. It is in the same cemetery and has a photograph of the same headstone as in the images on this profile.
