Biography
Richard left a family from his first marriage.
As a 37 year old widower, he remarried a widow, Laura Ann (Page) Cameron. They had no children together although each had children previously.
They were married at the time of his death, he was killed in the line of duty while working for the Napanee police force on August 28, 1921.
The writer is a relative of Laura Ann Page, further memorial for Richard has been left for his descendants.
