Biography
When George Washington Beason was born on September 28, 1872, in Paris, Texas, his father, Jesse, was 27 and his mother, Mary, was 30. He married Elvira Elizabeth "Lizzie" Parish in 1895. They had 11 children in 23 years. He died on May 28, 1943, in Erick, Oklahoma, at the age of 70.
