Elizabeth Beauchamp was the daughter of Richard Beauchamp, 2nd Baron Beauchamp of Powick and Elizabeth Stafford. She married Robert Willoughby, 2nd Lord Willoughby de Broke, son of Robert Willoughby, 1st Baron Willoughby de Broke and Blanche Champernoun.

Elizabeth Beauchamp and Robert Willoughby, K.B., 2nd Lord Willoughby de Broke (of Brook), had two sons:

  1. Edward Willoughby b. bt 1484 - 1487, d. 1517
  2. Anthony Willoughby, Knt.
