Biography

Joane was named in the will of her husband John, but with no surname.

She had died by 1573 when she was named for prayers in the will of her son Thomas. [1]

Research Notes

Some online sources suggest she may have been a Beauchamp, but I have not tracked that down.

Joanne was born about 1485. Joanne Beauchamp ... She passed away in 1573.[2]

Beauchamp-1413 and Unknown-181009 appear to represent the same person because: Had to get rid of the unmerged match and unfortunately it wants to start from scratch to initiate the merge. We'll get these two merged yet!! :)

Beauchamp-1413 and Unknown-181009 are not ready to be merged because: We need to do research before the merge because her surname is not really known. I'm not really sure we should use Beauchamp unless there is a source for such.

The merge was set up so it would change the LNAB to Unknown and remove the unsourced information Beauchamp, as per my comment below. However it might be better to disconnect the profile with the Beauchamp name as she is also connected to another profile as a child. I will look into it.
