  1. "My g g grandmother was Menerva Jane (Maiden name was Osborn). she married Risdon Beauchamp March12,1846. Risdon died at an early age. They had one daughter named Hanna. She was born in White County, Indiana on March 31,1848. The other child was had died in infancy. Then Menerva married a John Chesnut from in Ross County, Ohio on Jan. 11,1827. One of their children William Osborn Chesnut was my g grandfather. " [1]
