Roger m. bef. 1190 Dame Elisabeth d'Aubergenville. The necrology of the monastery of Saint-Leufroy records the death "24 May" of Isabel, wife of Roger de Meulan.
Amaury and Roger witnessed a charter of their brother, Robert Count de Meulan, confirming a donation of their father, Count Waleran to Notre-Dame de la Trappe.
Roger de Meulan donated property, with the consent of his wife Isabel, to Notre-Dame de Gournay, in memory of his father Count Waleran and his mother and brothers by charter dated to between Jan 1187 and Apr 1188.
He is shown as Vicomte d'Evreux until c. 1204.
He is also shown as Seigneurs d'Aubergenville.
The monastery of Saint-Leufroy records the death "22 Jul" of Lord Roger de Meulan, Sir Knight.
