There are an implausible # of children attached to this couple, with implausible birthdates. Apparently Sarah was four years old when she became a mother .

This profile at the MilesFiles [1] may be a good place to start culling all these children. It shows six children: 1. Samuel Bevins (of Samuel II) Turner (merchant)+5 b. c 1728, d. b 31 Aug 1793 2. Joyce (of Samuel II) Turner5 b. c 1730 3. Leah (of Samuel II) Turner5 b. c 1732 4. Jehu (of Samuel II) Turner+5 b. c 1736, d. b 26 Jan 1797 5. Elias (of Samuel II) Turner I+7 b. c 1739, d. a 1825 6. Henry (of Samuel II) Turner5 b. c 1743

The birth dates with the children listed for this couple don't work with the birth dates of the parents. It looks like they are either attached to the wrong parents or the birth dates are rough estimates.

Looks like some more research is needed. :-)

Thanks!!
