DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Caleb by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Caleb:
See The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, "Pedigree Resource File," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:2:3QRD-4VH : accessed 2017-08-14), entry for Matthew D /Beck/.
Hannah Beck was previously attached to an (unsourced) spouse of Matthew Beck, born 15 Apr 1733 in Newbury, Essex, Massachusetts, United States. The 1776 Maryland Census Records (and Ancestry Family Tree) seem to support Caleb being the correct husband of Hannah, but more research may be needed to confirm this.
