Ann Beebe was born 1605, in Northamptonshire, England. She was the daughter of John "The Elder" Beebe, Sr and Alice (Unknown) Beebe.

Ann Beebe married John Harris 1630, in Broughton, Northamptonshire, England. In 1622, she was under the age of 21 according to her father's will that was proved on Mar 05, 1622.

I John Beebie the elder of great Addington in The countie of Northton, Laborer. Sick and Weak in bodye but of good and Perfect rememberence Thanks be to God I now make my present testament containing herein my last will in manner and form following. That is to Saye, First I commend my Soule to almighty God my creator assuredly beleving to be Saved by his prechious Bloodshedding and redemption of Jesus Christ my Saviour and redeemer, and my body I commit to the earth to be buried at the discreson of my executor hereafter named. In as regarding my temporal goodes which God hath Lent me. I give and bequeath unto my Second Sonne John Beebie my House wherein I dwell yard cLass arrable Land meadow feedinge pastures comons at comon of pasture and all and singular other commodities and heriditents there unto belonging or in any way appurtaining, now being in my tenure possession or occupason. To have and to hold the Same unto ye Said John Beebie his heirs and assignees forever. In considerason whereof I will that he my Said Sonne John his heirs and assignees Shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid out of the Saide House and Land to my other Children, Sonnes and Daughters this ??ad all Summes of good and Lawfull money of England {six pounds--crossed out} hereafter expressed in manner and forme following that is to Saye I give and bequeath to my eldest Sonne James twentie Shillings to be paide as aforesaid within one year after my decease. Item: I give and bequeath unto Thomas Beebie my Sonne fourtie Shilllings to be paide as aforesaid when he accomplishes one and twentie years of age. I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth my daughter thirtie Shillings to be paide as aforesaid within two years after my decease. Item I give and bequeath unto An my daughter thirtie Shilllinge to be paid as aforesaid when She accomplishes one and twentie years of age. Item I give and bequeath unto Margery my daughter fourtie Shilliinge to be paide as aforesaid when She Shall accomplish eighteen years of age. Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth my daughter the cuboard my bed bedstead & the Chest that was her mothers. Item I give and bequeath unto An my daughter my Second chest and Second bedsted. Item I give and bequeath unto Margery my daughter a chest and the third bedstead, and my cowe torttander for bringing up. Item I will that all my Bedding Linnen woollen pewter brass and all other my houshold Stuff of what nature Soever Be equally divided betweene my said three daughters.       1. ) I give and bequeath unto my second sonne John the house wherein I dwell wth the yard and close, arable land, meadows, feedynge, pastures, comons and comon of pasture and all and singular other ye and like comoditees and hereditaments thereunto belonging in any wise appurtaining now beyng in my tenure possession or occupation.
      2. ) Out of this land and house to pay to my eldest son James - 20 shillings
      3. ) to my son Thomas Beebie - 40 shillings, under 21
      4. ) to my daughter Elizabeth - 30 shillings
      5. ) to my daughter An - 30 shillings, under 21

  1. ) Northamptonshire Beebe Family;
    1. ) First Generation: Thomas Beebe (1); b. EST 1535, England, m. Unknown. Thomas (called Thomas Bebe) lived in Great Addington, Northamptonshire, England and is mentioned in records in 1551, 1559 and 1561. On 19 May 1551 he is cited in a list of 11 names in a Manor Court Roll as a Manorial tenant and serving on a Manorial Jury. On 10 May 1559 he witnessed the will of Alexander Bolney of Great Addington. And on 21 Jul 1561 he witnessed the will of Agnes Bate of Great Addington. While no proof has been found that he is the father of Alexander, John and Mary, he certainly appears to be the most likely candidate. Children:
      1. ) Alexander Beeby (2); b. ABT 1555.
      2. ) John Beeby Sr. (3) b. ABT 1560.
      3. ) Mary Beeby m. Thomas Foscutt, d. BEF 1610. Mary died 1610. She had two daughters and a son. She died Easterday, 1610 . In her will (which was of the type given verbally) the Memorandum states "that on Easterday last in Anno Dom 1610 immediately after morninge prayer Mary Ffoscutt of great addingtion in the diocese of P'boro widowe being sicke in body yet of good memory beinge & demanded how she would bestowe her goods made ansere to this effect. I have a sonne and two daughtors and I would have that that I have equally divided amongst them . . . " Crossed out in the will were several names including "Elizabeth Bibbie wife of Alexdr Bibie." Foscutt wills later in the century mention Beeby relatives. Thomas: Thomas described himself as a husbandman of Great Addington in his will 2 Nov 1609. He also mentioned his wife Mary and his brothers-in-law John and Alexander Beeby.
    2. ) Second Generation, John Beeby Sr. (3); b. ABT 1560, Gr. Addington, Northamptonshire,England, m. Unknown. John died 1622. John "the elder" purchased land in Gr. Addington in 1614. He wrote his will in 1622 [1] and it was proved 5 Mar 1622. Will mentions 6 "kin." His nephew John Beeby (described as the testator's brother's son) named as Co-supervisor. Children of John Beeby and unknown wife:
      1. ) James Beeby. Called eldest son of John Beeby in records in 1614 and also in his father's will in 1622. In his father's will he was given responsibility to bring up his youngest sister Margery. {Editorial, incorrect, the will [2] charges second son, John, with the upbringing of sister Margery}
      2. ) John Beeby Jr. b. ABT 1600.
      3. ) Thomas Beeby. In 1622, he was under age 21.
      4. ) Elizabeth Beeby.
      5. ) Ann Beeby m. 1630, in Broughton, Northamptonshire, England, John Harris. In 1622, she was under age 21.
      6. ) Margery Beeby. She was called youngest daughter in her father's will in 1622.
