Rebecca married Jesse Edson in Bridgewater on January 5, 1764.[2][3] She was Jesse's second wife, his first wife having died about two years earlier.[4]
Rebecca and Jesse had the following children, both born in Bridgewater:
Jessee, b. November 27, 1764,[5][3] d. August 12, 1768 in Bridgewater[6][7]
Rebecca b. June 7, 1770, m. April 17, 1794 Ezekiel Reed in Bridgewater, d. January 3, 1845 in West Bridgewater. (See discusssion and sources in Rebecca's profile.)
Rebecca's husband Jesse died on November 18, 1783.[4]
Rebecca died sometime after April 7, 1784, when the Plymouth County Probate Court order that her thirds of her deceased husband's land be set for her.[8]
