Jacob Moses Belcher was born in 1765 in Chesterfield, Colony of Virginia, to Isham Belcher and Elizabeth Clay-Belcher.

Family

Jacob married Martha Mann in 1779. They had three children, Thomas (b. unk), John (b. 1772, d. 1850), and Littleberry (b. 1783, d. 1834).

He died about 1805, in Nottoway, Nottoway, Virginia, USA, at age 43.
