Belcher-327 and Belcher-3032 appear to represent the same person because: She is the same person. I have all information verified as much as possible descending from she and her husband, Milton Peters, down through the current living generation. She is my father's great-great grandmother (biological) through Jacob Henry Peters (her son) > Ella Florence Peters (his daughter) > Ira Harold Blount (my dad's father).
