A Gervase Bellamy, husbandman of Laneham, married Mary Tong of Truswell spinster, before Edward Neville Esq., JP, and certified by him, at Grove. Witnesses William Bellamy and John Draper. 21 June 1755 [2].
Note: Considering the date given for the death of his first wife, this marriage cannot be for this Gervase Bellamy. There were at least two others (his father and his cousin) living in Laneham at that time.
He was buried 12 February 1669 in Laneham [citation needed]
