Vital Records and historical artifacts of Dr. Isaac Bellows: Isaac was born in Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts Bay Colony on 13 Sep 1663.[1] He is the fourth born child and second son of John Bellows and Mary Woods.
Isaac married in Marlborough bef. 1695, Elizabeth Howe, daughter of Isaac Howe and Frances Woods. They had nine (known) children together, all born in Marlborough:[2] 1) Elizabeth b. on 17 Mar 1695; 2) Isaac b. on 19 Aug 1697; 3) Samuel b. on 20 Nov 1699; 4) James b. on 21 Dec 1701; 5) Bathsheba b. on 18 Feb 1704; 6) Gideon b. on 12 Aug 1706; 7) Tabitha b. on 9 Nov 1709; 8) David b. on 20 Sep 1711; and 9) Jonathan b. on 7 Dec 1713.[3] Dr. Isaac Bellows died in Southboro, Worcester, Massachusetts on 7 Aug 1746.[4] He is buried there in Old Burial Ground Cemetery.[5]

Isaac Bellows of Southborough, physician died intestate and on 4 November 1747, his son James Bellows was granted the administration of his estate.[8][9]
His inventory was taken on 2 December 1747 in Southborough.[10]
In 1749, an account of his estate by James Bellows of Southborough was recorded which included doctor, debts paid, appraisers, and administration fees.[11] In 1752, a further account of his estate was recorded.[12]
