Biography
1865 Lepha Elvira Benjamin (she seems to have preferred to be called by her middle name) was born in 1865 in Wisconsin to James and Dencie (Daisy Southworth? see Elvira's death record) Benjamin.[1]
1880 Elvira, age 14, lived with her parents and older brother Andrew in Waupaca, Wisconsin, USA.[2]
1900 In the intervening 20 years Elvira had married Samuel D. McNeely, a lumber grader, and was now living with him and their children in Brainerd, Crow Wing, Minnesota, United States. Their household comprised:
