Biography
COMING OF AGE Birthday Party At Wallalong There was a large number of friends present at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. H. Hodges at Largs to offer their congratulations to Mr. Claude Bennett on attaining his majority. The chairman, Mr. Allan Jory. thanked all for their presence. Visitors were present from Maitland and surrounding districts. Supper was served and a large birthday cake with 21 candles held pride of place. The usual toasts were honoured. Music was supplied by Mr. L. Fergusson, of Newcastle. [1]
