Samuel Bennett and Mary Stafford cannot be the parents of this Mary Bennett born in 1727 in Carolina. Samuel and Mary did have a daughter, Mary, born in 1721. she died and they named another daughter Mary who was born 31 July 1729 in Warwick, RI. Source: Vital Records of RI, 1636-1850 Vol. 1.
